Terms and Conditions
- By joining the partnership program, you agree to adhere to the partnership program terms and conditions.
- Nextopia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and all partners will adhere to the up-to-date terms and conditions. ie. The terms and conditions under which you entered the program are not grandfathered across changes to the terms and conditions.
- The payment schedule is as follows: If one of your submitted leads becomes a Nextopia customer, you will receive a recurring yearly payment.
- Nextopia has the right to decline an application to join the program, decline a referral to an existing member, or cancel your membership at any time.
- Nextopia may discontinue this program or change the payment schedule and/or format at any time.
- Nextopia will not accept any lead referrals from non-program members.
