There are many different ways to get information and feedback from customers. By asking them something as simple as “Did you find this search useful?” with a link to a survey somewhere on your results page, or adding “How’s our navigation?” below your dynamic filters, you can gain valuable insight into your customers wants, needs, and opinions.
By listening and understanding your customers, you’re ensuring that your site is catering to exactly the right group—the people who are actually using it.
