Hello, my name is Erin and welcome to Nextopia eCommerce Labs. I’m here today to share some knowledge from our team of experts about the importance of having a sale refinement option.

Many customers want to view items that are on sale but don’t necessarily want to browse through the entire sale section of a site. This is where a sale search refinement option comes in handy.

An “on sale” refinement allows your customers to filter their search results to only show items that are on sale. This gives your customer an extra level of control, and means that they do not have to browse through numerous category pages or sale pages to discover whether the product or products they want are full price or on sale.

Giving customers this option saves them time and frustration. It also gives them a reason to come back and buy from your site again.

Remember, your refinements should allow your customers to narrow their search results to help them find the perfect product.

Thanks for watching and I’ll see you next time!
