Another Successful Partner Integration: Beacon Technologies & Tufenkian

Nextopia takes pride in our partnerships. From eCommerce platforms to complimentary technologies to web designers & developers, our partners are a vital part of our business. One of our partners, Beacon Technologies, recently featured us on their blog in a customer success story. Nextopia’s industry-leading search and navigation products were integrated with Beacon’s development assistance in a recent project for Tufenkian Outlet and Tufenkian Carpets, and the feedback so far has been outstanding.
“With this project, Tufenkian’s AspDotNetstorefront ecommerce store and back-end administration were merged with the powerful search and filtering capabilities of Nextopia, replacing a custom-built solution that was slow and provided inaccurate results,” writes Annette Fowler, Senior Project Manager at Beacon Technologies. “The client is very pleased with the results and reports [that] the sites ‘look great – and initial reactions are very positive.’” Fowler also goes on to list other successful joint projects, including Bassett Furniture, burton + Burton, Dale Pro Audio, and Furnitureland South.
Nextopia provided Tufenkian with fast, accurate, and relevant search results, auto-complete with product images, dynamic product filtering and an extensive back-end reporting and analytics suite.  These new features will allow Tufenkian Outlet and Tufenkian Carpets to gain a better understanding of what their customers are searching for, all while increasing revenue through higher conversion rates and lower search-to-exit rates.
Creating strong and lasting relationships with our partners is important to Nextopia, as it allows us to work collaboratively with other eCommerce experts to help our mutual customers succeed. Our Partner Program encourages our partners to recommend their clients who are in need of site search and navigation assistance, with the incentive of additional revenue streams in return.
