Nextopia Partership Program

Terms and Conditions

  1. By joining the partnership program, you agree to adhere to the partnership program terms and conditions.
  2. Nextopia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and all partners will adhere to the up-to-date terms and conditions. ie. The terms and conditions under which you entered the program are not grandfathered across changes to the terms and conditions.
  3. The payment schedule is as follows: If one of your submitted leads becomes a Nextopia customer, you will receive a recurring yearly payment.
  4. Nextopia has the right to decline an application to join the program, decline a referral to an existing member, or cancel your membership at any time.
  5. Nextopia may discontinue this program or change the payment schedule and/or format at any time.
  6. Nextopia will not accept any lead referrals from non-program members.
